Valley Press is always on the lookout for promising new works to publish. Before we discuss how to submit your work, let's talk about what not to submit:

• While we do accept work that includes erotic moments that are integral to the story, we do not publish erotica or pornography. Submitting works that are purely erotic or pornographic in nature will cause all of your works to be rejected (or dropped if we're already publishing them).
• We will not accept works that violate copyright, trademark, or patent laws, so don't submit them. If an author is found to be plagiarizing the work of other authors, all of that author's works will be rejected (or dropped if we're already publishing them).
• All software submissions are scanned for viruses, trojans, worms, malware, etc. If any such features are found, all of that author's works will be rejected (or dropped if we're already publishing them).
• We do not accept "warez" under any circumstances. We will publish "clone" software that behaves the same way as the software it is meant to emulate as long as it doesn't violate copyright, trademark, or patent laws and as long as it clearly says that it is a clone.
• Any submission that uses any part of a copyrighted work must acknowledge that use and, with the exception of properly annotated scholarly research or textbooks, show that the author has either obtained proper permission from the copyright holder or that the use of the copyrighted work falls under the "fair use" doctrine
